Reporting a security problem
If you have found a vulnerability, email us with the detail and we will confirm receipt. Please give us a reasonable period to fix it before publishing, and do not access, change or keep anybody else’s data while investigating.

We do not run a paid bug bounty. We will credit you if you would like us to.

Mail from PlateDock arrives from platedock@mail.3dprint.land. It is a 3D Print Land address because PlateDock is one of their tools and that domain is the one our mail is authenticated against. Replies go to the address above.
We will never email you asking for your password or card details. If something claiming to be from us does, forward it to us rather than replying to it.
